Why Hills Home Care
We are an NDIS provider with compassionate, professional staff. We assist and supervise participants when doing daily activities in their homes. We strive to help participants feel safe and comfortable in their homes. Our support workers, no matter the time, provide consistent care to individuals.
We work closely with participants, their families, and their support coordination team. We believe this helps our workers better understand the needs and goals of the participants. If you signed up for NDIS disability services on your own, we work with you and your NDIS support coordination team. Another reason we work with the participant’s family is they may be the primary caretaker. It may be difficult for the family to take a break or attend other events due to the participant needing care. Our support workers are here to provide relief or decrease the amount of care they provide to the participant.
